Estimated at 2-3 working days from order date when you order by 2pm. At the moment we can only send orders to street addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). We don't deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses and we're unable to ship to any International address
We accept returns in most of our UK stores. For orders placed online, you can also return this by post using the information provided in the returns form inside your parcel. We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the items for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase with your receipt. It can take up to 7 working days for returned items to reach us. Items are then processed at head office within two working days of receipt. Please keep your proof of postage, as in the event that an item does not arrive, we are unable to refund it without this.

All of our products have a batch date. The recommended shelf life once a product has been opened is approximately 12 months.
All of our product formulations are made from herbs, plant based oils and butters and therefore vegan.
Our delivery packaging are made from recyclable material. We will soon be offering a refillable option for all products, to allow you to use the original bottles and tubs for longer.
